Lori Green, Notary Public
At Green AZ Mobile Notary, we specialize in providing expert mobile notary services. With over 25 years as an Executive Assistant in government, financial and telecommunication industries, Lori has nearly 10 years of experience as a Notary Public in Arizona and Delaware.
I am not an attorney licensed to practice law in this state. I am not allowed to draft legal records, give advice on legal matters, including immigration or charge a fee for those activities.

What identification do you need?
You will need a current U.S. government issued picture ID, such as a driver's license, state ID card, passport or military ID. The ID cannot be on your phone - it must be the original. If you don't have a current ID, Arizona allows a "credible person" to verify your identity. This is a person who has current ID and who knows you well and can confirm your identity. A credible witness should be impartial; that is, not related to the signer or benefiting from the document being notarized.
What is the cost for mobile notary service?
The Arizona Secretary of State sets the fees for notarization, which is $10 per notarial act. Administering an oath, certifying a copy, signing and stamping and signature witnessing are all notarial acts. If you have questions about your specific documents and the costs, please contact me.
If you come to me, there is no travel charge. If I come to you, there is a mileage charge based on distance to and from the location.
Does your document require a witness(es)?
If the document requires one or more witnesses, they will need to be present at the time of signing and must have current ID. Some documents may not be valid if the witness is related to the signer or benefits from the document. A friend or neighbor makes a good witness. I can provide witnesses for an additional fee.
Additional Services Available
Additional services including scanning and emailing documents, making copies, taking documents to FedEx, UPS or the post office, arranging for witnesses, etc. If there is waiting time, which can happen if the signer is in a facility, there is an hourly charge. Contact me with the details of what you need done, and we can provide a personalized quote.
